Tradeify Review 2026: Is It Worth It For Futures Traders?
Tradeify is a flexible futures route with three main choices: Growth for the fastest evaluation, Select for more control over funded payout style, and Lightning Funded for traders who want to skip evaluation completely. The strength is the choice, but end-of-day trailing drawdown, payout conditions and the path to Elite Live make the exact account far more important than the headline funding speed. This is a research-led Tradeify review.
A concise Tradeify review covering Growth, Select, Lightning, drawdown, payouts and futures-platform choice.
Disclosure & Risk Notice: This article is educational and informational content, not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice or a personal recommendation. Futures trading is leveraged and can produce substantial losses. Tradeify evaluation and Sim Funded accounts use simulated trading environments rather than a personal brokerage balance, and fees can be lost if programme rules are breached.
GradTraders has no current commercial relationship with Tradeify and no current Tradeify offer is listed in the master comparison table. Commercial relationships with other firms do not determine the conclusion in this review.
Current GradTraders partner routes and discounts are maintained on the Exclusive Discounts & Updates page.
Compare first: Tradeify is futures-specific and should be compared with other futures firms rather than treated as a direct substitute for CFD-style prop programmes. See the GradTraders prop firm comparison table before paying for any account.
Quick Verdict: Tradeify Is A Flexible Futures Route
Tradeify is worth researching if you already trade futures and want more choice over how you qualify and how payouts work after qualification. The three main routes have different rules rather than being the same account with different names.
Growth is the speed-led evaluation because it has no consistency rule and can be passed in one trading day, but it uses a daily-loss limit. Select removes that evaluation DLL, requires a 40% consistency rule and at least three trading days, then lets the trader choose between Flex and Daily payout policies after passing. Lightning Funded skips evaluation altogether, but payout profit goals and staged consistency requirements still apply.
The common rule is end-of-day trailing drawdown. That is easier to understand than an intraday ratchet, but it is still a hard account limit. The payout method, buffer, consistency test and live-progression rules then change according to the account selected.
Flexible Futures Route — one to compare after the established futures benchmarks.
Futures traders who can choose an account around their existing risk process.
Growth for speed; Select for funded payout flexibility; Lightning to skip evaluation.
The payout and consistency rules vary sharply by account type.

| Purchase model | Growth, Select and Lightning are currently one-time purchases with no activation fee. | Compare reset or replacement costs and account rules rather than focusing only on the absence of a monthly subscription. |
| Drawdown | End-of-day trailing maximum drawdown across current Growth, Select and Lightning accounts. | Intraday profits do not ratchet the threshold, but the limit remains a hard breach. |
| Select evaluation | 40% consistency; no evaluation daily-loss limit; minimum three trading days. | More patient than Growth, with greater funded-stage choice. |
| Growth evaluation | No consistency rule; can pass in one trading day; daily-loss limit applies. | Fastest evaluation option, but speed is not automatically easier. |

Which Tradeify Account Should You Choose?
The most useful way to compare Tradeify is to start with the rule that matters most to your trading rather than the largest balance or fastest marketing claim.
Growth
Growth has no evaluation consistency rule and can be passed in one trading day. It uses end-of-day trailing drawdown and a daily-loss limit. After qualification, the payout policy is fixed rather than chosen by the trader.
GradTraders view: best suited to a trader who values fast qualification and already trades comfortably inside a daily limit.
Select
Select has a 40% consistency rule during evaluation, no evaluation daily-loss limit and a minimum three-day path. After passing, the trader permanently chooses either Select Flex or Select Daily for that funded account.
GradTraders view: the strongest starting comparison for traders who value funded-stage payout choice more than the fastest possible pass.
Lightning Funded
Lightning goes straight to a Sim Funded account. Current accounts use end-of-day trailing drawdown and staged payout consistency requirements: 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% thereafter.
GradTraders view: attractive for speed, but the payout profit goals make “instant funding” very different from unrestricted withdrawal access.
Tradeify Assessment Breakdown
Tradeify does not yet have a confirmed numerical GradTraders rating, so I am not inventing one. The table below shows where it is strongest and where the rules need closer attention.
| Area | Assessment | GradTraders View |
|---|---|---|
| Account Choice | Strong | Growth, Select and Lightning each have a genuinely different rule set. |
| Evaluation Flexibility | Strong | Growth rewards speed; Select removes the evaluation DLL and gives more funded-stage choice. |
| Drawdown Clarity | Good | All three main accounts use end-of-day trailing drawdown, so the central drawdown method is consistent. |
| Payout Simplicity | Mixed | Flex, Daily, Growth and Lightning use different winning-day, buffer, cap, profit-goal and consistency conditions. |
| Platform Choice | Strong | Tradovate, Rithmic-based and WealthCharts routes cover several common futures workflows. |
| Live Progression | Interesting | Elite Live provides a route beyond simulation, but Tradeify decides who progresses. |
| Direct-Use Evidence | No Personal Test | This review does not claim personal fills, support experience or payouts. |
| Overall Role | Flexible Futures Route | Flexible futures alternative |
What Is Tradeify?
Tradeify is a futures proprietary-trading business offering evaluation programmes, simulated funded accounts and a separate live-funded progression. Its current Funded Trader Agreement covers evaluation programmes, simulated funded accounts and live funded accounts rather than treating every stage as the same thing.
For most customers, the initial experience is simulated. Growth and Select begin with evaluation. Lightning skips that evaluation and begins at Sim Funded. Traders who build a payout record may later become eligible for consideration for Tradeify Elite Live.
That distinction matters because a $50,000 or $150,000 Sim Funded label is not the same as having that cash deposited into a personal futures brokerage account. The rules, drawdown, payout policy and progression terms remain part of the programme.
How I Assessed Tradeify Without A Personal Account
I have not bought or traded a Tradeify account. This is therefore a research-led review rather than a claim of personal payout, dashboard, support or execution experience.
I used Tradeify’s current account rules, payout documentation, restricted-country list, platform information, Elite Live rules and Funded Trader Agreement, then compared those details with the existing GradTraders futures prop-firm bank.
Tradeify’s help centre is unusually detailed, which makes the rules easier to compare. It still cannot tell me what order routing, support, compliance review or payout processing feels like in practice, so I will not write about those areas as though I have tested them.
End-Of-Day Trailing Drawdown: The Common Rule Across Tradeify
All current Growth, Select and Lightning accounts use end-of-day trailing maximum drawdown. The threshold follows the highest end-of-day balance rather than adjusting upward every time intraday equity reaches a temporary high.
That can give more room inside the session than an intraday trailing model, but it should not be mistaken for a soft warning. Tradeify describes the maximum trailing drawdown as a hard breach. If the account reaches the drawdown limit, the account fails.
The daily-loss limit is separate. Growth uses one during evaluation. Select has no daily-loss limit during evaluation. Select Flex funded accounts also have no DLL, whereas Select Daily adds one as part of its tighter payout structure.
Practical point: end-of-day trailing drawdown is easier to plan around than an intraday ratchet, but the trader still needs to know where the current threshold sits before increasing size or withdrawing profit.
Tradeify Payouts: Flex, Daily, Growth And Lightning Are Different
Tradeify’s payout rules vary enough that the account types need to be compared separately. There is no single “Tradeify payout rule” that describes every funded account.
| Route | Core Payout Structure | Main Condition | GradTraders View |
|---|---|---|---|
| Select Flex | 90/10 split; payout after 5 winning days; larger account-specific caps. | No funded consistency rule or DLL; positive cycle profit required after the first payout. | Best fit for traders who prefer less frequent, larger requests and wider funded risk parameters. |
| Select Daily | 90/10 split; daily eligibility; minimum payout and account-specific caps. | Buffer and DLL apply; payout amount is tied to new profit made between requests. | Fast access, but the tighter risk rules are the price of that flexibility. |
| Growth | 90/10 split under the fixed Growth policy. | 35% consistency and five qualifying profitable days for each request. | Simple account choice, but more payout discipline after a fast evaluation. |
| Lightning | 90/10 split with no minimum trading-day count. | Profit goal plus 20% first-payout consistency, 25% second and 30% thereafter for current accounts. | Skipping evaluation does not remove the payout conditions. |
Select Flex currently allows a payout after five winning days and has no minimum balance requirement, but its payout is capped by account size and by the proportion of available profit. Select Daily provides daily eligibility once the buffer and current-cycle conditions are met, with smaller payout caps.
Growth currently uses a 35% consistency rule and requires five profitable days meeting account-specific thresholds. Lightning has no minimum trading-day count, but the trader still has to meet the current payout profit goal and consistency percentage.
Platforms: Choose The Connection Before Checkout
Tradeify currently lets traders choose Tradovate, Rithmic or WealthCharts as the broker connection at checkout. That choice determines which trading platforms can be used.
Tradovate credentials can be used with Tradovate, NinjaTrader and TradingView. Rithmic credentials can be used with Tradesea, Quantower, Sierra Chart and R|Trader. WealthCharts uses its own platform access.
This matters because the connection is not freely interchangeable after purchase. Tradeify’s current platform guidance says moving from one broker connection to another generally requires buying another account. Traders who already have a preferred futures platform should therefore make the platform decision before paying.
Tradeify Elite Live: A Real Progression, Not An Automatic Promotion
Elite Live is the point where Tradeify can move a trader beyond simulation. A trader becomes eligible for consideration after either three payouts on one account or ten total payouts since the last live transition.
Those thresholds are minimums for review, not a guarantee. Tradeify states that it also considers consistency, risk management and overall trading behaviour, and that most traders will not move live immediately after reaching the payout count.
If Tradeify selects a trader for live transition, funded accounts that have already received at least one payout may move into Elite Live. Current Elite accounts use fixed drawdown amounts applied on an end-of-day basis, no daily-loss limit and an 80/20 profit split rather than the 90/10 Sim Funded split.
The published route to live capital is a positive. But meeting the thresholds only makes a trader eligible for review; it does not guarantee a live account.
Tradeify Pros And Cons
Pros
- Three genuinely different account choices.
- Growth can be passed in one trading day because the evaluation has no consistency rule.
- Select removes the evaluation daily-loss limit and lets traders choose their funded payout style.
- Lightning provides straight-to-Sim-Funded access.
- End-of-day trailing drawdown is consistent across the main product family.
- Broad futures platform and connection choice.
- Elite Live provides a defined path towards real-capital trading for selected traders.
Cons
- Payout conditions differ substantially between Flex, Daily, Growth and Lightning.
- Trailing drawdown still reduces usable room as the account grows.
- Lightning’s staged consistency rules can delay payout eligibility after a strong single day.
- Select Daily adds a buffer and daily-loss limit in return for faster payout access.
- Platform connection choice is important because switching is not seamless.
- Elite Live consideration is discretionary rather than automatic.
- This GradTraders review does not include a personal Tradeify account or payout test.
Tradeify vs Topstep, Apex, MyFundedFutures And Take Profit Trader
Tradeify belongs in the futures-specific comparison set alongside Topstep, Apex, MyFundedFutures and Take Profit Trader. Comparing it directly with CFD-style firms such as FTMO or The5ers would blur important differences in products, platforms and contract mechanics.
| Firm | Why Compare It? | GradTraders View |
|---|---|---|
| Tradeify | Growth, Select and Lightning provide a wide choice of qualification and payout structures. | Flexible futures route. |
| Topstep | A more established futures benchmark with a process-led identity. | The established futures benchmark I would compare first. |
| Apex Trader Funding | Large futures account ecosystem with different payout mechanics. | Useful for traders comparing scale and account availability against Tradeify’s flexibility. |
| MyFundedFutures | Modern futures specialist with several evaluation and payout paths. | A useful comparison if you want another modern set of evaluation and payout choices. |
| Take Profit Trader | A simpler futures model with a strong payout-access identity. | Useful if Tradeify’s multiple payout systems feel unnecessarily complicated. |
US And UK Availability
Tradeify’s current restricted-country list specifically gives the United States as an example of an eligible country. The United Kingdom is also absent from the current restricted list. Eligibility can still depend on residency, KYC, payment acceptance and the exact product being purchased.
For US readers, Tradeify is naturally more relevant than many offshore CFD-style prop programmes because it is built around futures. That does not make it suitable by default. Contract size, end-of-day drawdown, platform choice and payout rules still need to fit the trader.
For UK readers, the first question is whether they actually want to trade futures. UK traders may also have access to broker-led routes, CFDs and spread betting, so a futures prop account should be chosen because the product fits the strategy rather than because the displayed account size looks attractive.
Who Tradeify May Suit
Tradeify May Suit
- Experienced futures traders who understand contract sizing.
- Traders who want end-of-day rather than intraday trailing drawdown.
- Traders who value a choice between fast evaluation, flexible evaluation and no evaluation.
- Traders who can choose payout rules around their actual trading frequency.
- Platform users comfortable deciding between Tradovate, Rithmic-based and WealthCharts routes.
Tradeify May Not Suit
- Complete beginners attracted mainly by the displayed account balance.
- Traders who do not understand trailing drawdown.
- Traders who expect “instant funded” to mean unrestricted withdrawals.
- Anyone unwilling to track payout caps, buffers or consistency conditions.
- Traders who would rather own and control a personal futures broker account.
Tradeify Or A Futures Broker Account?
A Tradeify account can give a trader access to a larger simulated futures account without depositing the displayed balance. The trade-off is that the trader accepts programme rules, fees, drawdown limits and payout eligibility conditions.
A personal futures broker account is different. The trader supplies the capital, owns the account relationship directly and controls withdrawals under the broker’s terms, while taking the financial risk personally.
I would compare both routes rather than treating a futures prop firm as the automatic next step. Tradeify may make sense for a disciplined trader who has a proven futures process but does not want to commit substantial personal capital. A small broker account may make more sense for someone who values cleaner ownership and fewer external rules.

Final Verdict: Is Tradeify Worth It?
Yes, Tradeify is worth researching for futures traders who want more control over how they qualify and how they reach payouts. Growth, Select and Lightning are different enough that the account choice actually matters.
The strongest feature is the account choice. Growth can suit a trader who wants the shortest evaluation path. Select is the more measured choice if payout-policy control matters. Lightning is for traders who want to skip evaluation and accept a more specific payout rulebook.
The main weakness is payout complexity. End-of-day trailing drawdown is relatively straightforward, but consistency tests, winning days, buffers, payout caps and live-progression rules still need to be understood before payment.
GradTraders verdict: Tradeify is a flexible futures route worth adding to the shortlist after Topstep, Apex and the other established futures names. Choose the account by rule compatibility, not by displayed balance or speed.
Tradeify Review FAQ
Is Tradeify a legitimate futures prop firm?
Tradeify is an active futures proprietary-trading business with current evaluation, Sim Funded and Elite Live documentation. Its Funded Trader Agreement covers simulated and live funded stages. That does not make an account risk-free or equivalent to a personal futures brokerage account.
Which Tradeify account is best?
Growth is the fastest evaluation option because it has no evaluation consistency rule and can be passed in one trading day. Select requires a 40% evaluation consistency rule and at least three trading days, but removes the evaluation daily-loss limit and lets the trader choose Flex or Daily after passing. Lightning Funded skips evaluation and uses its own payout profit goals and consistency rules.
Does Tradeify use end-of-day drawdown?
Yes. Tradeify’s current rules state that Growth, Select and Lightning accounts use end-of-day trailing maximum drawdown. The threshold updates from the highest end-of-day balance rather than every intraday equity high, but reaching the drawdown limit is still a hard account breach.
How do Tradeify Select payouts work?
After passing Select, the trader chooses either Select Flex or Select Daily for that funded account. Flex uses five winning days, larger account-specific payout caps and no daily-loss limit. Daily offers daily payout eligibility but uses a buffer, a daily-loss limit and smaller account-specific payout caps. Both currently use a 90/10 Sim Funded profit split.
How do Tradeify Lightning payouts work?
Current Lightning Funded accounts have no minimum trading-day count for a payout request, but the trader must meet a payout profit goal and consistency rule. For current post-September-2025 accounts, the consistency requirement is 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% for later payouts.
Can US traders use Tradeify?
Tradeify’s current restricted-country help page specifically gives the United States as an example of an eligible country. Residency, KYC, payment acceptance and programme terms still apply, so traders should verify the live rules before purchase.
What platforms does Tradeify support?
Tradeify currently lets traders choose Tradovate, Rithmic or WealthCharts as the broker connection at checkout. A Tradovate connection supports NinjaTrader and TradingView as well as Tradovate itself. Rithmic supports Tradesea, Quantower, Sierra Chart and R|Trader, while WealthCharts uses its own platform access.
Does Tradeify offer live funded accounts?
Tradeify has an Elite Live programme. A trader becomes eligible for consideration after three payouts on one account or ten total payouts since the last live transition, but these are minimum review thresholds rather than automatic qualification. Tradeify decides when a trader is moved to Elite Live.
Source note: This review uses official Tradeify account rules, payout documentation, platform guidance, restricted-country information, Elite Live documentation and legal terms checked on 20 August 2026. Tradeify can change programme parameters, pricing, country eligibility, platform access and payout conditions, so verify the exact live account before purchasing.
